Marco`s Pizza in Mentor-on-tde-Lake

Had a great experience, spoke on the phone with a very polite girl named Morgan. Pizza was really good.

This is the second time in a month that I got food poisoning from Marco's in Mentor on the lake. At first I thought it was just a coincidence, but now I know definitely it is food poisoning. I ordered the veggie sub, it arrived barely warm, it looked like it was thrown together, looked very unappetizing. I was throwing up all night. I WON'T BE GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. I also forgot to mention, that I could not get off the toilet. In which I am still sick much farther into the day. As mentioned before, this is the second time that this happened to me from this location. I DON'T RECOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT...BAD PLACE. Something is definitely wrong with this place. I eat out in plenty of other places, and never have a problem. Could be poor food handling, improper heating and cooling of food, but this is very scary. Food poisoning is not a joke. People please think twice before you go to Marco's in Mentor on the lake.

I asked for a small sausage pizza and some guy named Marco came out and punched me in the nuts and gave me a cheese pizza.

I always get pretty decent pizzas here. They never skimp on the toppings either. Coupons and deals on the marcos website as well so reasonably priced. Online ordering convenient.

Great place and the food is always excellent. The crazy lady that wrote the review about food poisoning sounds like the type of lady that writes bad reviews for everyone. I have never had a bad pizza or sub at this place, the workers care and they are excellent. Shame on you for writing such an ignorant review.

I don't usally review but I ordered frim the Marco's in Mentor on the lake last night. Usually when I order their subs and Cheesy bread the sub buns are burnt and hard on the ends and same with the Cheesy bread but yesterday they were amazing the subs ends were soft my order was made correctly a nd the cheesy bread was great to. Not sure who made my order but I was very satisfied. My order was put in after 6 pm great job to the inside team.

this isn’t the first time this had happened but i ordered pizza and payed with credit card and it never came. when i called that night no one answered. i call the next day and they say there’s nothing i can do about that and that they can’t give a refund unless i file a statement at my bank. the manager was extremely rude and giving lots of attitude when i was just asking a simple request. why should i go through all this to get some pizza and even a refund. will not be ordering from here again. i don’t need to deal with cassie the manager over her bad job at managing.

The crew is very friendly, accurate and my pizza is always ready with the mobile app I use to give them the time of pick up.

I just like the way they make the pizza I think it's very tasty been going there for many years now. 👍

Great pizza At a good price

Having tried Marcos many times, Kyle and his crew made us the most mouth watering work lunch of all time. The pizza was perfect and the smell was enough to seduce a construction worker. Keep it up guys!

Haven't had Marco’s in forever. Grabbed an extra large pizza to take to my Dad's on Sunday. The Marco's by him closed and he talks about it all the time. We all enjoyed it very much.

Ordering is a little difficult but Pizza is a fair price and very tasty

It's decent pizza and they deliver. Nothing extraordinary but then there are too many choices for anything to be extraordinary.

Marcos makes one the best pizzas in the region. They have a variety of specialty pies, including the works, which is basically a Supreme on steroids. Overall the service and food is generally top notch. A word to the wise should be mentioned, however, neither their website or to go menus are never up to date. It's best to call ahead and have them tell you what's on the menu and go from there.
